We would like to notify you that you will be receiving communications via both mail and e-mail on behalf of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity to update your contact information for our alumni database. We are preparing a comprehensive, updated alumni directory for all of our members’ benefit and want to be sure your information in correct. Since updating a database of this size is such a large undertaking, we have contracted with a company called Publishing Concepts, Inc. to handle the update and production of the directory.
We are asking that you please respond to Publishing Concepts, Inc. using the information they send you within the next five days to update your information. We take the privacy of our members very seriously and assure you that this company is under legitimate contract to provide a service to us and will under no circumstances share or distribute your information with anyone other than Kappa Sigma Fraternity. The Alumni Directory will be published and distributed by November 2009 to all of those Brothers who have purchased one through Publishing Concepts.
