Kappa Sigma is proud to announce the Supreme Executive Committee has voted to reestablish the Rho-Psi Chapter in Corpus Christi, Texas on the A&M Corpus Christi campus, this past Saturday, May 4, 2024, they were installed, reclaiming their position as our 362nd Chapter. On November 3, 2023, the Rho-Psi Colony was kicked off, and over the last six months they have worked hard to achieve their Chapter. To achieve their charter, in just six months, the 43 men of Rho-Psi donated over 2,100 hours of community service to charitable causes, and completed multiple workshops over the Code of Conduct, Champion Quest, and professional development.

These Brothers were joined by past Worthy Grand Treasurer, 2006 Man of the Year, and Hall of Honor member Martin C. Petersen (Rho, Arizona State University, ’66), Director of Recruitment Nicholas M. Hauck (Alpha-Iota, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, ’15), and Ritual Commission member Kristian B. Griffiths (Theta-Rho, McNeese State University, ’14) representing the Fraternity.

Representing the District was District Grand Dagoberto Leal, Jr. (Kappa-Epsilon, The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley, ’13). Thank you to all the Alumni Brothers who attended and helped on a ritual team. Especially Alumnus Advisor Marcelino A. Vega (Theta-Zeta, Eastern New Mexico University, ’17).

We would also like to thank the Brothers of the following Chapters who attended the Installation as ritual teams:

Kappa-Epsilon – University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley
Lambda-Psi – St. Mary’s University

Xi-Delta – University of Texas at San Antonio

Brothers everywhere wish Rho-Psi the best as they begin their road to excellence and offer our congratulations!
