Apply To Be An Area Recruitment Manager

Kappa Sigma is once again looking for Brothers who want to help serve the fraternity as Area Recruitment Managers (ARMs). Kappa Sigma is the only fraternity to dedicate this level of staff support to help our chapters and colonies recruit new members and succeed at Champion Quest. Every spring we ask our chapters to reach out to their best recruiters and rush chairmen and encourage them to apply to be an ARM.

• Managing Champion Quest for one of the five Kappa Sigma regions
• Working closely with undergraduate chapters and volunteer alumni
• Helping share and spread the gift of Kappa Sigma brotherhood
• Helping expand the Kappa Sigma Fraternity throughout North America

Individuals must have a bachelor’s degree, have excelled at recruitment in their chapter, have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, be willing to travel, and be dedicated to the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. In addition to base salary (salaried employee) and performance bonuses, individuals will receive health and dental insurance benefits, travel, and phone expense reimbursement.
