Grand Conclave is an amazing experience, and our return to Charlottesville offers so much to do and see. From the Welcome Reception in the Downtown Mall, to The Grounds of UVA and 46 East Lawn, to the celebration at our magnificent Headquarters, there is a lot to be prepared for. Follow this simple guide to make sure you have everything you need for a great Conclave!
For your travels:

- Download shows to watch or something to do
While in Charlottesville:

- Suit & tie
- Dress shoes
- Dress shirt
- Badge / Pledge Pin
Jackson’s Men Reception
- Business casual
- Long pants
- Collared shirt
- Jackson’s Man pin
- Jacket / blazer optional
- No sneakers, sandals, or flip-flops
All other sessions and events
- Casual dress code
- There are outdoor events so plan accordingly
- No inappropriate themes or attire
- Bring your iPad, tablet, or another way to take notes to bring back to your chapter or colony
Personal belongings:
- Phone with emergency contacts and charging cables
- Cash and credit / debit cards
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc.)
- Toothbrush & toothpaste
- Medicines and prescriptions
