Campbell University Colony Fundraises for St. Jude

The Campbell University Colony is harnessing the power of social media to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. During the month of December, the chapter will donate one dollar, up to $1,000, to the hospital for every new Facebook “like”, Twitter and Instagram follower that they gain. The Campbell University Colony has been approved to be installed as a chapter of Kappa Sigma in early 2014 after completing all of the necessary requirements. The colony members have served more than 1,000 hours and raised more than $1,000 for charitable causes in the fall 2013 semester.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a treatment and research facility that finds cures and methods for treating children with cancer and other diseases.
