Today we reflect on those tragic events that took place 15 years ago. In remembering the lives we lost, we also honor those first responders that valiantly fought to save them. These heroes fight everyday to protect our communities and that is why we have established 9/11 as Kappa Sigma First Responders Day. Today, Kappa Sigma recognizes our campus and community first responders for the work they do day in and day out to keep us safe. Thank you for your tireless service. #KappaSigmaCares

Kappa Sigma is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. It is this commitment that has provided the inspiration and vision for A Greater Cause – the Fraternity’s bold initiative to promote volunteerism, citizenship and service to the community. During the 2013-2015 biennium, Kappa Sigma members raised more than $5.8 million for charity and volunteered over 1.1 million hours of community service as part of the initiative.
