The Donald C. Dilley, Jr. Scholarship Leadership Award Program is named in honor of Brother Donald C. Dilley, Jr, a 1953 initiate of the Epsilon-Phi Chapter at Texas Tech. Brother Dilley was a legacy as his father, Donald Dilley, Sr. was a Gamma-Omicron initiate at the University of Kansas. Brother Dilley served our country in the United States Navy. Following his retirement from the Navy, he was a farmer in Texas until he retired to Florida. Brother Dilley believed in education and providing scholarships to the Brothers of Kappa Sigma across North America. We are forever grateful for his donation that helps fund our annual scholarship program.
