Kappa Sigma is proud to announce the Supreme Executive Committee has voted to establish the Phi-Zeta Chapter at the University of South Carolina Aiken in Aiken, SC and this past Saturday, September 21, 2024, they were installed as our 440th Chapter. In December of 2020, the University of South Carolina Aiken Colony in Aiken, SC was kicked off and over the last few years have worked hard to achieve their Chapter. To achieve their charter, just this year, the 33 men of Phi-Zeta donated over 1,000 hours of community service, and completed multiple workshops over the Code of Conduct, Champion Quest, and time management.

These Brothers were joined by Worthy Grand Treasurer Lionel L. de la Houssaye, Jr. (Theta-Rho, ’83), and Assistant Director of Operations Jake A. Brown (Upsilon-Zeta, ’21) representing the Fraternity. District Grand Master Samuel B. Isidoro (Xi-Rho, ’16), who also served as the ritualist for the installation, and AA Franklin N. Buchanan (Chi-Omega, ’03) represented the District.

Thank you to all the volunteers and alumni who helped make this installation special, including DGM Shawn P. Collins (Psi, ’86).

We would also like to thank the Brothers of the following Chapters who attended the Installation as ritual teams:

Epsilon-Omega – Georgia State University

Lambda-Beta – East Tennessee State University

Lambda-Delta – University of West Georgia

Upsilon-Zeta – Middle Georgia State University

Brothers everywhere wish Phi-Zeta the best as they begin their road to excellence and offer our congratulations!
