Kappa Sigma is proud to share the Supreme Executive Committee has voted to grant a charter to the former Tarleton State University Colony, becoming the new Upsilon-Omega Chapter. The newest Chapter of the Order earned this honor by maintaining 60 members, maintaining membership in numerous other campus organizations outside of the Order, taking part in specialized workshops, including Code of Conduct and Champion’s Quest, and establishing Chapter operations in the required departments of a healthy Chapter. The Brothers are eager to see what Upsilon-Omega will accomplish in their first year as a Chapter.
Worthy Grand Treasurer Martin C. Petersen (Rho, Arizona State University, ’66) attended the Installation to represent the Supreme Executive Committee. Other attendees included District Grand Master for Northwest Texas Nicholas A. Gallicchio (Xi-Upsilon, Texas A&M University-Commerce, ’02), Assistant District Grand Master William “Chris” Wilson (Xi-Upsilon, Texas A&M University-Commerce, ’02), and Andy H. Diric (Xi-Delta, The University of Texas at San Antonio, ’95), who served as Ritualist. Thank you to all the volunteers and alumni who helped make this installation special.
We would also like to thank the Brothers of the following Chapters who attended the Installation as ritual teams.
