The Alumni Development Commission is excited to announce a new training opportunity for all Kappa Sigma volunteers! These training sessions are designed to answer your questions and provide you with a deeper understanding of Kappa Sigma Fraternity operations, tips and tricks for working with undergraduates, and some best practices based on frequently asked questions.
The training will be delivered in two parts: online modules and 2 live webinars. The online modules are bite-sized segments designed to provide you with a background on Kappa Sigma’s various initiatives and chapter operations. In total, all of the online modules should take under an hour to complete.
The two LIVE webinars will be offered each month through early June with one of each webinar planned per month. The first webinar is a session run by the Alumni Development Commission with a focus on running effective meetings, conducting successful EC transitions, and the Endowment Fund. The second LIVE webinar, you will have an opportunity to get your questions answered by a member of the Supreme Executive Committee and a member of the Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund. All volunteers should register for one session of each live webinar. You can sign up for these webinars at the links below:
