We are pleased to welcome Upsilon-Sigma in Boston, Massachusetts, as the 428th Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity!
These 50+ new members were installed on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 in Boston, MA. Worthy Grand Master Justin Hansen was in attendance for the installation of the new Chapter representing the Supreme Executive Committee, along with Assistant Executive Director Leo Brown; District Grand Master Chris Suttmeier; as well as Ritualist Sawyer Coleman.
The members of the Upsilon-Sigma Chapter have participated in over 1,700 hours of community service for charitable causes in various local and national organizations and philanthropies, and the members have established their operations in such a fashion that will build a strong foundation for the future of the Upsilon-Sigma chapter and is a great representation of the core values of Kappa Sigma.
Special thanks to the following Chapters for assisting with the installation: Gamma-Delta (University of Massachusetts, Amherst), Gamma-Pi (Massachusetts Institue of Technology), Mu-Psi (Boston University), Xi-Beta (Northeastern University), Pi-Kappa (Bentley University), and the Alumni Volunteers in the Boston District.
Congratulations to the brothers of the newly installed Chapter and welcome to the Order!
